Our Mission
For the Love of Sophie is dedicated to creating a healing environment in which the pediatric cancer patients' wishes are given the utmost consideration in order to enhance his or her quality of life.
Our Vision
Our vision is to support the family during every stage of the disease, while aiding in the funding of pediatric cancer research through the St. Baldrick's Foundation, as well as supporting pediatric palliative care through The Journeys Program at Albany Medical Center.
9th Annual Fairy Tale Ball (SADLY HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19)
I would like to introduce you to Adeline. Addeline was to be our Guest of Honor and Recipient for the 9th Annual Fairy Tale Ball this spring. Adeline is a 17 month old angel who was diagnosed last year with stage 4 Neuroblastoma. By the grace of God, Addeline is now in remission. While we are so very grateful for this, we know she and her family will still have work to do. We are so grateful for our wonderful community that rallies every year to help one of our sweet angels.
